ทักษิน เปิดหลักฐาน ไม่กลัวยึดพาสพอร์ทไทย ได้เพื่อนอดีตผู้ต้องหา ช่วยเหลือ

มติชน เปิดเผย หลักฐานหนังสือเดินทางนักการฑูต เล่มใหม่ของทักษิน ออกโดยประเทศนิคารากัว ที่อยู่ตอนใต้สุดของอเมริกาใต้ (3)


คงต้องคอยดูว่า ทักษินจะเข้าออกประเทศต่างๆได้เหมือนเดิมโดยใช้หนังสือเดินทางเล่มนี้หรือไม่ ต่างประเทศห้ามเข้าด้วยเหตุผลเพราะตัวบุคล หรือเมื่อเป็นบุคคลของประเทศอื่นแล้ว ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศจะไม่ถูกกระทบไปด้วย

เพื่อนทักษิน คืออดีตผู้ต้องหาคดีข่มขืนลูกเลี้ยงตัวเอง

เห็นรูปประธานาธิบดี ออร์เทก้า (Daniel Ortega) ผู้นำนิคารากัว กับทักษินแล้ว เห็นว่ามีความคล้ายกันหลายอย่าง ปธน. ออร์เทก้า โดนลูกเลี้ยงสาว กล่าวหา ว่าล่วงละเมิดเธอ เป็นเวลาถึง 19 ปี (1) ตั้งแต่เธออายุ 11 ปี แม้จะมีกลุ่ม human rights ต่างๆ กลุ่มสิทธิสตรี รวมทั้ง ทีมทนาย 15 ชาติคอยสนับสนุนเธอ แต่คดีข่มขืนนี้ ก็ถูกยกฟ้องโดยผู้พิพากษา แห่งนิคารากัว (2) ขณะนั้น ออร์เทก้าก็ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีอยู่ คดีนี้เป็นเรื่องที่ทำให้ชาวนิคารากัวตกตลึงเป็นอย่างมากในขณะนั้น

Leading up to the election, he dropped all his Marxist rhetoric and turned into a social democrat. Once he was elected, he was the old Daniel. Back to the Future. Nicaragua has returned to the 80s with a vengeance .The Ortegas were the last thing this sad country needed. Very shortly, the violence will start. Many foreigners have already left, and the real estate market has virtually collapsed.”

คร่าวๆคือ ออร์เทก้า คุมรัฐตำรวจ คุมศาล และกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้ ไม่เว้นแม้แต่คณะจัดการเลือกตั้ง ออร์เทก้าก็สั่งได้ นี่อาจเป็นเหตุผลที่ คดีข่มขืนลูกเลี้ยงไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา

และถ้าทั้งหมดนี้ เป็นความจริง ก็จะยิ่งตอกย้ำความเหมือนของคู่หู สองคนนี้
